Our goal is to give you the best quality that we can possibly provide. That means we probably aren't the cheapest in town. If you're looking for the cheapest, we probably aren't a good fit. If you're looking for high-quality work with fair prices, I think you'll be pleased. We can often give ballparks based on your description of work if you want to give us a call. But to give you a reasonably accurate quote, we'll want to plan, measure, and price out material.

We create a buffer in our estimates to account for most added costs. On rare occasion, an estimated price could increase due to customer change requests or unforeseen circumstances. An example is if we are building a deck and discover termite damage to the structure of your home. We cannot connect a new deck to a damaged home and termite damage often is not found until the job starts. Also keep in mind that we have your home in our best interest. This means we will communicate additional steps that we can take to improve your home. We DO NOT upsell. Any recommendation is based on a true belief that an added improvement can be made for your benefit and not ours. Remember that we strive to NEVER go above an estimated price, so you can rest assured that our price can almost always be counted on.
Our philosophy is to take care of the oldest customer first. That means that if you have a problem after we have collected your money and started another job, you become priority. We will schedule a return visit as soon as reasonably possible. Also, keep in mind that if we are in the middle of a job for you and a previous customer has a problem, they become priority. The idea is to never leave you or any of our customers with an unresolved issue. There is nothing worse than wondering when a service company will return after they already have your money. We hope you appreciate our stance. We feel strongly about it!

Absolutely not! Not only will we clean up after ourselves, we may even schedule a free return visit to make adjustments to our work or your yard. You are paying us to improve your home. We will not leave it worse than when we started.

We don't charge you anything over our estimate amount. Precision and quality is what we are after. We understand if you work unusual hours and need sleep.
